WHAT WE DO

Brought to Malaysia by Indian workers and traders, Roti Canai has become one of Malaysia's most loved dishes. This versatile bread is eaten with a huge array of curries, dahls, and pickles, and can also be stuffed with various filling to create our signiture dish, Murtabak.

The Roti-Shack hand stretch our breads and cook them to order on site, where we serve it with some of our favourite Malaysian curries and sauces.

Events

With regular pitches at some of Bristols leading street food markets, various pubs, street food restaurants and breweries across South Wales and the West,  The Roti-Shack is able to cater for any type of event. We are also available for private and corporate bookings.
